What does he do for CLC?
Serving as Outreach Director, Rich creates awareness, ignites passion, and mobilizes involvement among CLC believers as they endeavor to reach out to the community, state, nation, and world.

What does he do when he's not working?
Rich loves taking long walks with his wife Lisa, coaches his son Wesley’s Varsity Baseball team, enjoys cycling, and collects and reads every leadership book ever written.

What did he do before CLC?
Rich was the Senior Pastor at Bethany AG in Adrian, Michigan, for 20 years. He is one year away from finishing his Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University.

Significant others?
Rich is married to his gorgeous wife Lisa (it was love at first sight!) Their son Jared is attending law school and is married to new bonus-daughter Stephanie. Their son Wesley will be a Senior at Troy Christian High School, and loves baseball.
