Pastor Stan and his wife Joyce first joined the ministry of CLC in 1983. Since 1990, he has served as the Senior Pastor. Pastor Stan is primarily responsible for overseeing the defining, directing, “casting” and pursuing of our vision as a church and for preaching at our weekend services.

Pastor Stan and his wife, Joyce (a nurse at Children’s Medical Center and Women’s Counselor at CLC) are very involved in ministry at CLC. They enjoy family time with their two children (hikes, biking, laser tag, eating out…) and their two dogs.

Pastor Stan has a Bachelor’s Degree from Evangel University (Biblical Studies, Management), a Master of Arts from Ashland Seminary, (Pastoral Counseling and Psychology) an M.B.A from Wright State University (Management) and has just begun a Doctorate program (Conflict Management) through the distance education program at Trinity Seminary. Joyce has an Associate’s Degree from Akron University (Management), a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Wright State, and a Certification in Pastoral Counseling from Emerge Ministries.
