A Look Back. . . A  Look Forward

Since its inception, Christian Life Center Fairfield has valued creativity, relevance and community.  CLC Fairfield began as an idea in the summer of 2003.  Senior Pastor Stan Tharp and the Leadership Team of Christian Life Center dreamed of the possibility of creating a unique worship experience and faith community in the Beavercreek/Fairborn area that held on to the mission and vision of CLC.

Over the next few months that dream became a reality.  The new church was strategically placed in the Regal Cinemas located behind the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, Ohio.  The purpose of the location was to provide a safe, easily-accessible and non-traditional environment for people to connect with God and others.

The church officially launched in February of 2004.  With a unique blend of a live band, creative media, a relevant talk on the big screen, interactive children’s environment called Kidz Zone (birth-5th grade), coffee bar and friendly, welcoming people, the church began with a passion to connect to the community.

Two opportunities that reinforce the value of community are Small Groups and serving.  We believe that it is important to be connected with each other as we grow in faith.  We have Small Groups that meet throughout the area with different focuses and study tracks.  There is a group that is perfect for you!  We also believe that God has gifted us to serve.  There are many areas in which to use your gifts, no matter what they are.

As we look to the future, we simply want to fulfill the mission of the church – know God, be His people, value others, and change our world.  Through our various ministries, outreaches and services we have a desire to connect to God and connect with our community in new and relevant ways.  If you would like more information or have any questions you can connect with us here.
